His expectations from Fifa 21: “More fast-paced than 20. Manual defending getting more rewarded. Changing the near post-shooting meta; complete revamp of custom tactics.”

Saransh Jain

Maybe the most common name for those who have played Fifa atleast once in India. An omnipresent pro who has been leaving his mark both at national and international events!

His expectations from Fifa 21: “I personally expect FIFA 21 to be a fast and skill based game, and also hopefully it rewards manual tackling and interceptions”.

Siddh Chandarana
A name that can frighten even the best in the game. On his day he is no less than a brute with his precise skills in-game. He rightly represents M10esports owned by the living legend in world football, Mesut Ozil!

Achievements
Mumbai Esports Championship (winner) | Supporters Club Championship (winner) | Studs Esports Championship (winner) | Virtual Bundesliga Delhi Qualifier (winner) | Finished 30-0 twice in Weekend League Fut Champions and uncountable domestic titles to go with it!

His expectations from Fifa 21: “We can only hope 21 gives us a much better experience in terms of gameplay specifically. The skill gap in Fifa 20 was non existent, so I can only wish for a better game overall with a visible skill gap. On the competitive side of things, the whole of India can only pray for our eligibility in the Global Series”.

Saksham Rattan

A true inspiration for many both as a gamer and a streamer! Bagged the internationally renowned sponsorship from Futbolist, 2019 esport organisation of the year based in Istanbul, by dint of his Fifa acumen.

Achievements
Second ever Indian to win an international Fifa event in Malaysia | Only Indian to ever play Global Series Qualifiers (top 25 against 200+ FUT verified players) | and consistently getting podium finishes in majority of the tournaments in the past 5 years being a professional Fifa gamer!

His expectations from Fifa 21: “Fifa 21 could be a big season for Indian Fifa community due to a lot of players having a breakout season in fifa 20. I am personally hoping for a faster game with a bit more skill gap and manual defending being rewarded more and the most important thing is getting eligibility for the next season”.

Lokmanyu Chaturvedi

Another very familiar name in the professional circuit known for his tremendous passion for the game. A class in himself; attaining new heights as a streamer as well!

Achievements
Represented India twice in two South East Asian tournaments in Singapore and Malaysia | Regional Top 100 in FUT Champs | 2 times Vice National Champion | 4 x ESL India Open Cup winner | ESL Challenger Series Asia Top 8 alongside 35 domestic tournaments won online and offline!

His expectations from Fifa 21: “In my opinion, FIFA Esports will have a skill gap when the attacking AI is more responsive, shooting inside the box is precise, manual tackles are rewarded and most importantly you are able to pass quickly in front of your opponent’s box. All these things are crucial but weren’t taken seriously in Fifa 20. I really hope Fifa 21 pays attention to in game mechanics which are based on manual decisions rather than the AI.”

Sagnik Banerjee

If there is anyone in the circuit who understands the meta of the game to the core then its Sagnik, a unique exponent of the game coming up the ranks at a rapid pace!

Achievements
LXG Mumbai National Qualifier 2019 (winner) | Multiple Regional Top 100 finish in FUT Champs Fifa 20 | FUT Verified | #1 LGN Leaderboard and many domestic titles to add to his cabinet!

His expectations from Fifa 21: “I personally have quite high expectations from Fifa 21 as it’s kind of a make or break year for me regarding the competitive scene.

I have watched a bit of Fifa 21 beta gameplay and although it is a very early build of the game, it looks quite promising with a more reduced AI which was the main drawback in Fifa 20″.

So these pro players are almost on the same note regarding their expectations from Fifa 21; a more rewarding experience, giving dividends to a more accomplished player, a real like mechanism in-game etc. can surely make the title more acceptable for the Fifa community!
