As season 7 has come into light,we can see the biggest changes that even has been made to the Battle Royale map. At least 25% of the entire map has been altered on significant levels,with most of the changes have taken place in the southwest quadrant.
This is the huge change after removal of Moisty Mire & addition of the desert and paradise palms to the southeast.
No more grassy green fields & mountains exist in southwest area. There is a gigantic winter wonderland on your walkway throughout the game. In southwest, a corner has been added as well so curve does not exist anymore.

There are new X-4 Stormwing biplanes for players to traverse the map. Epic games went straight to add flying planes in this new season seven. Upto 4 players can seat up on the wings and come equipped with a mounted machine gun which can overheat if fired continuously for too long.These planes have a boost similar to the Quadcrasher along with interesting controls though it definitely will take time to get used to it.
These plans will let you traverse through the whole map with good amount of speed.
But huge portion of them can be found in the new area called Frosty Flights which also we will discover next.
FORTNITE SEASON 7 MAP: FROSTY FLIGHTS

Frosty Flights is first among new Fortnite locations in season seven. It’s a new winter wonderland, can be found on the southwest quadrant of the map, its located on the part of this newly added land on to the island.
As per the name, it can be found nearby one of the new X-4 Sormwing planes nearby.
It’s a airplane-centric place. There is a complete runway through the snow on one side with many different planes lined up. While you plan to take to the skies, just be careful as Frosty Flights is likely to become one of the most popular landing zones specially in starting of this season.

Snobby Shores is an area on the Battle Royale map located at southwest of Pleasant Park. It is a private suburban neighborhood on the nearby shore with large luxury houses,pools and villa. But with release of Season 7 & to add some holiday madness, half part of Snobby Shores is covered with snow. Snobby Shores is the westernmost named area on the map and was released and added on Patch 2.0 of the Season 2 update.
While the changes aren’t too remarkable here, the added snow and holiday spirit might make this area a more popular Battle Royale location than in the last season
FORTNITE SEASON 7 MAP: SHIFTY SHAFTS

Shifty Shafts is an area on the Battle Royale map located at south of Tilted Towers similar to Snobby Shores. It is an underground mine shaft with drifts, cages and trucks.
In season 7, it’s completely submerged in snow from the new iceberg biome but it’s mostly still the same as old one. But due to some holiday spirit, this place can make it a much more popular ‘tourist’ spot for the first few weeks of the season.
FORTNITE SEASON 7 MAP: GREASY GROVE
Greasy Grove was an area on the Battle Royale map located at southwest, west of Shifty Shafts and southwest of Tilted Towers. It was a residential neighborhood with a Durrr Burger restaurant, gas station and outdoor store.
But on the beginning of Season 7, Greasy Grove was flooded by the Viking Village and has been replaced by an ice area named as Polar Peak which we will discuss next.

Polar Peak is a location that has been added in Fortnite Season 7. It is located on the new iceberg. On top of the iceberg, there is a small castle. For now, the more of iceberg seems covered up by the snow Around the peak, there are smaller towers and campsites. There are zip lines leading to and from the iceberg. Polar Peak may have lots of secret to reveal but it will take time for players to unhide each & every aspect of it.

This is the final new area of this season 7 that has brought on Battle Royale map.It is located at south coordinates, west of Lucky Landing and south of Shifty Shafts. Sorry to inform you all that Flush Factory has been replaced by this new area, Happy Helmet.Flush Factory has been one of fan favorite locations.
It’s really hard to believe that this is the same area Flush Factory once was.But just like itm Happy Hamlet will become one of the most popular new locations this season without any doubts.
As season seven goes on, there are sure to be other changes and secrets to be discovered.
